JFK from Manhattan
- Domestic, AM rush (6-10 AM): pickup 3 hours before departure.
- Domestic, midday/early afternoon: pickup 2.5 hours before departure.
- Domestic, PM rush (3-7 PM): pickup 3-3.5 hours before departure.
- Domestic, late night (10 PM-5 AM): pickup 2.25 hours before departure.
- International, any time: pickup 3.5-4 hours before departure.
LaGuardia from Manhattan
- Domestic, AM rush: pickup 2.5 hours before departure.
- Domestic, midday: pickup 2 hours before departure.

Newark (EWR) from Manhattan or NJ

TSA Pre-check, CLEAR, and Global Entry
If you have Pre-check and CLEAR, deduct 15-30 minutes from the buffer. If you have Global Entry returning internationally, your inbound trip is faster but your outbound buffer is largely unaffected (Pre-check on the outbound is what matters).
