On a sold-out night, the four blocks around the arena turn into a slow river of people, taxis, ride-shares, and stopped traffic. MSG's official drop-off zone is on West 33rd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. On show night that block is heavily congested 60-90 minutes before showtime. Pickup: the harder part

We coordinate a post-show pickup point 1-2 blocks away from the official taxi zone (typically 34th & 9th or 33rd & 8th) and send the client an SMS with the exact spot 15 minutes before the show ends. Vehicle recommendations
- Couple or small group: Mercedes S-Class. Quieter cabin, executive feel; appropriate for a date-night concert.
- Group of 4-6: Cadillac Escalade. Most-requested concert vehicle for friend groups.
- Group of 7-12: Executive Sprinter or Sprinter Limo. Sprinter Limo if it's a celebratory group; Executive Sprinter if it's mixed company.
Knicks, Rangers, and other games
MSG games have a slightly different profile than concerts: shorter dwell, more predictable exit timing, generally less photo-finish urgency at the doors. Same drop and pickup logic, same vehicle recommendations, often a slightly shorter total booked time (3-4 hours vs 4-5 for concerts).
How bookings are structured
A typical MSG night is a 3-5 hour hourly booking covering the ride in, the show, and the post-show extraction. The most common booking shape is a 4-hour Escalade charter from Manhattan or Brooklyn.
