Pricing for a black car or limo to JFK depends on three things: where you're coming from, what vehicle class you choose, and the time of day. Vehicle class is the biggest variable
The Mercedes S-Class sedan is the most efficient option for 1-3 passengers with up to 3 standard suitcases. The Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban both seat up to 6 with luggage and price similarly to each other, above the sedan. The Mercedes Executive Sprinter (12 passengers) and Sprinter Limo (10 passengers) are priced above the SUVs. As you move up the vehicle classes, the price moves up with them.
Pickup location matters
JFK is in southeast Queens, so distance and toll structure from your pickup change the price meaningfully. From Manhattan (south of 96th Street is the simplest pricing band) you're looking at one rate; from Brooklyn and most of Queens, generally less; from Westchester or Long Island, more; from New Jersey, more again because of tunnel/bridge tolls and additional miles. What changes the price beyond vehicle and distance
- Time of day: late-night and red-eye pickups may carry a surcharge.
- Meet & greet inside the terminal at baggage claim with a sign is an additional add-on; curbside is standard.
- Holidays: Christmas Eve through New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and July 4 are surcharged on most fleets.
- Last-minute (under 4 hours notice): availability-dependent and may include a rush fee.
- Vehicle upgrades: if your group grows mid-booking, we'll re-quote at the new vehicle class.
