The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the dominant chassis for group chauffeured transport, but the same chassis is configured very differently from one operator to the next. At GSALux, we run two distinct Sprinter builds, and the answer to 'how many people fit?' depends on which one you're asking about.
Sprinter Limo (lounge style): 10 passengers
Our Sprinter Limo is configured for celebratory groups: wrap-around perimeter seating on both sides of the cabin, ambient LED lighting, premium audio, privacy partition between cabin and chauffeur. It seats 10 comfortably. You can squeeze 11 if everyone is friendly and small, but 10 is the official and recommended limit.
Best use cases: weddings (bridal parties), proms, bachelor and bachelorette parties, milestone birthdays, night-out group transport. Anything where the goal is for the group to feel like a group during the ride.
Executive Sprinter (corporate style): 12 passengers
Our Executive Sprinter is configured for work: forward-facing captain's chairs with shared worktables, USB at every seat, individual power outlets, climate-controlled cabin, PA system. It seats 12. Every seat is a window seat with full legroom.
Best use cases: corporate roadshows, executive team travel, conference and offsite transport, larger family airport runs.
Luggage and edge cases
- Sprinter Limo with 10 passengers and bags: 4-6 standard suitcases plus carry-ons. For larger luggage loads, consider Executive Sprinter (10+ bags).
- Executive Sprinter with 12 passengers and bags: 10+ standard suitcases plus carry-ons. Strong choice for airport groups.
- Mixed (some bags, some no bags): both vehicles handle real-world airport mix fine.
- 13+ passengers: skip the Sprinter, book two vehicles. We coordinate them as a convoy with synced timing.
Stretch limos
If you're searching for 'how many fit in a stretch limo,' that's a different vehicle class than what GSALux operates. We've deliberately built our group-vehicle fleet around the modern Sprinter chassis (taller, safer, more comfortable, more flexible than a stretch) rather than stretched sedans.
